I Cannot Complain of my Weather

I was in Kansas City for a four day training seminar with the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
The headquarters are located in Kansas City.
Having never been there, I was excited to see some of the city. Good thing the seminar kept us in the conference room or our VFW hospitality room for the duration, less a grand tour of the Headquarters and then back to the conference room in the hotel.
It was so cold! 4 below 0! There were icicles hanging on moving vehicles! The trees were thick with ice and icicles hung from the ends of the branches like wicked leaves!
Snow was forecasted for the Pacific Northwest upon my return, though we lucked out and yet again we find them incorrect!
I am happy to be home!
