Is it Pre-Menopause or just Odd Weather?

Lately I've been sleeping with my Bedroom window open. Considering it has only gotten up to 64 during the day, I wonder why I feel so warm at night! I mean it is chilly out and I still feel warm! I suppose I may never know and soon it will be all too cold out to have the window open at all!
It's cold enough for me to close it when I wake!
Maybe it is Pre-Menopause...we'll see if I still want the window open when it's BRrrr degrees out!
