Rainy Halloween Day

It's a cold and rainy day for Halloween!
I don't hand out candy, with such an obesity problem in this country I do not intend on making it worse!
What I hand out are little toys, pencils, toothbrushes and such. I also am passing out a safety card created by the VFW. It is for the little folk to read and keep in their pocket, saying the important things to remember; like not talking to strangers or getting a ride from a stranger and to tell some one if an adult is touching them etc...
