VA Does Care...for the most part

It took awhile, but I finally received action when I called the automated VA line to reorder my prescriptions and found that my most important two pain relievers were UN-refillable!
Obviously this was a mistake and a bad one at that!
It took a few days worth of phone calls, but action was taken and this morning-to my surprise-I received one of them via FEDEX!
Now to actually receive the others that I AM out of!
