VA Does Care...for the most part

It took awhile, but I finally received action when I called the automated VA line to reorder my prescriptions and found that my most important two pain relievers were UN-refillable!
Obviously this was a mistake and a bad one at that!
It took a few days worth of phone calls, but action was taken and this morning-to my surprise-I received one of them via FEDEX!
Now to actually receive the others that I AM out of!

Most Entertaining Movie I Have Seen In A Long Time!

If you haven't seen Night In The Museum with Ben Stiller and a Cast of excellent actors then you are missing a real GEM of a movie!
Who hasn't ever thought of what it would be like to be in a museum a night!
This is a fun filled flik and to see Micky Rooney and Dick Van Dyke again is great! What a marvelous film!
I will consider this one for an addition to my home library!

I AM FED UP!

As long as I have to sign in three times to get to my Blog I will not be writing much now.
Maybe I'll begin a hand written journal.

Mellow Weekend

Considering last week's issues I am lucky that I had a mellow weekend and was able to fly under the radar.
Now to get some personal errands done and prepare for the District meeting in Montana.

Google is Pissing me off!

Three times I have to enter my name and password to get into my Blog!
Google doesn't even remember me on my computer so as not to have to enter my name and such!
What is up with it!
That is why I didn't ever change over until last week when it forced my to! UGH!
Google is a bad word in my house right now!

Scheduling Hassles

Why is it that a nonprofit Veterans organization would have trouble scheduling a Saturday event for Veterans in a Rest Home!
It is unbelievable that every year we have an event called Xmas in July and a BBQ and yet every year the management gives us grief and tries to have us schedule it on a weekday causing detriment to the employed members.I hope my entire year isn't as frustrating as this first week is being!

Fourth Day As Grand Commander

I am beginning my fourth day as Grand Commander.
I am one for one right now!
One error and one good mark!
As long as the error doesn't create havoc I believe I am doing well!
At least I will take the hit and have accepted responsibility for it and will account for it rather than allow others to.
All is well and today I have a luncheon to discuss the Veterans attendance at the Hillsboro International Air Show this summer.
